We need a new member to join our team as a Site Supervisor.

Your primary role will be to co-ordinate construction projects so that they meet our high standards and a given programme.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced Site Supervisor, able to manage complex construction sites. Having experience and tickets for 360 Excavators and Dumpers would also be a big advantage.

Assuming you don’t have trail building experience, then your role initially will be to manage our construction sites, at the same time as learning the process of trail building from our experienced construction team.

If you do have experience of trail building with plant machinery, then that’s even better.

We’re a small team, so everyone has to fulfill a number of different roles. As such, you’ll also be required to keep records on plant maintenance and have a good working knowledge of Health & Safety management.

Importantly though, the ideal candidate would be able to combine the role of Site Supervisor on live construction sites with the role of assisting the Operations Manager to secure future projects through tendering and marketing activities.

Our projects can be located anywhere in the UK, and sometimes further afield, therefore, a willingness to travel is essential.

We’re a company of mountain bikers, so a passion for the sport is critical.

Send your CV, with a covering letter to outlining your suitability for the role to: info@back-on-track.co.uk
